GLOBAL SHIPPING

Savannahs.com delivers to more than 150 countries worldwide. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Russia, Mexico, Croatia, Indonesia, or the Philippines.

We aim to dispatch all orders the following business day for orders placed before 12 PM CET. During busy periods such as sales, promotions, and public holidays, please allow additional time for dispatch. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been approved and billing/delivery details have been verified.

We offer a range of shipping options depending on your location. Shipping fees and available methods will be displayed at checkout once you select your country.

All orders are shipped via DHL.

Estimated DHL Standard delivery times:

Europe: 3–5 business days

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

United States & Canada: 3–5 business days

Middle East: 5–8 business days

Asia Pacific: 5–8 business days

Rest of the World: 5–8 business days


Estimated DHL Express delivery times:

Europe: 1–2 business days

United Kingdom: 2–3 business days

United States & Canada: 2–4 business days

Middle East: 2–4 business days

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and begin from the date of dispatch. They do not take into account potential delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected. 

If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch, please contact our customer service team at info@savannahs.com including your order number and shipping address.


P.O. BOXES

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O., APO, FPO, or DPO boxes. Please provide a physical address where a signature can be obtained upon delivery.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY SECURITY

For security purposes, orders may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery procedures may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier practices, and recipient delivery preferences.

Our shipping partners may use alternative delivery verification methods where available, including contactless delivery confirmation, GPS verification, photographic proof of delivery, recipient authorization, or other carrier-supported proof-of-delivery services.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery requirements and signature procedures may differ between markets and carriers.

An order shall be considered successfully delivered when the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier using its standard delivery verification procedures.

If a recipient authorizes the carrier to leave a shipment without signature, with a concierge, neighbor, safe place, parcel locker, or alternative delivery point, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment after delivery has been completed according to those instructions.


CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

If you need to make a correction, please contact info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, this cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure your delivery address allows for receipt and signature during business hours (Monday–Friday).


UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information (e.g., wrong address, phone number, or recipient unavailability), or failure to comply with import regulations, the shipment may be returned to Savannahs.com at your expense.

In such cases, original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Savannahs.com is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Claims for lost or missing shipments must be reported within 2 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date. We reserve the right to deny claims where the carrier provides proof of delivery in accordance with its standard procedures.


PRICES, DUTIES & TAXES

Savannahs.com offers Duty-Free shopping to over 70 countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. For these destinations, all duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout.

For countries shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, prices are shown excluding duties and taxes. These charges will be billed separately by the courier upon import.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


SHIPPING OF SALE ITEMS

We are currently unable to ship sale items to China and Thailand. To proceed with checkout, sale items must be removed from your cart.
