Black silk cargo trousers from Phoebe Philo. The Liquid cargo trousers are made in black silk, cut for a relaxed fit with a mid-rise waist and classic utilitarian patch pockets at the sides. It is sharp pressed over the buttons for an imprinted finish. The stretch silk has a light sheen.
